Breaking The News
We will provide you with support documentation to give out to your staff when you are having that all important and often tricky conversation. The documents will outline our outplacement services and the support the staff member can expect from us.
We'll Contact Your Employees (Or Wait To Hear From Them)
We are happy to reach out directly to your employee to introduce ourselves and talk through the outplacement options. Alternatively, we're also happy to wait to hear from them at their convenience. Either way, we will have a 15-20 minute initial 'welcome' chat to put them at ease and understand their personal situation.
We Support Your Staff
We will tailor each outplacement session to suits the needs, career ambitions and timeframes of your employee. We'll deliver high quality career support to make their transition into a new role as smooth as possible.
Once your staff member is booked in for their first session, we will invoice you for the total outplacement package.

Suitable for staff at an entry to
mid level range of experience.

3 sessions - $1650
4 sessions - $2000
SENIOR / EXEC LEVEL
Suitable for management to senior
and executive level staff.
Choose from either:
2 sessions - $1600
3 sessions - $2250
4 sessions - $2800
Additional 45 minute mentoring sessions are also available to support your employee.
