Hi, I’m Julie, Owner, Career Coach, and Resume Writer at Blue Sky Career Consulting. I launched Blue Sky in 2013 as a small side hustle while feeling unsatisfied with my corporate career. After a number of successful yet inflexible roles in HR & L&D, I launched the business and started by helping friends and their networks with career advice and job searches.
Over the years, through trial and error, continuous learning, and a lot of dedication, I have grown Blue Sky into a thriving career development practice. Today, our award-winning team of over 20 consultants supports thousands of clients from across Australia and beyond.
Whether you want to work closely with a select group of customers or aim to build a larger career coaching business, I’m here to help you get started and thrive—drawing from my own journey so you can avoid the mistakes and pitfalls I experienced in my early years.
