KEN TAN, CAREER COACH
Ken is a Career Practitioner and Educator with more than 15 years of experience. He holds a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) and a Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling.
His track record spans from Asia to Europe, helping numerous professionals successfully increase their job and employability outcomes. He uses a person-centric approach, earning numerous testimonials after program completion. Clients seek his expertise to assess their career health and design effective plans during transitions involving change or growth.
He is also an Associate Lecturer, teaching a career credentialing course to senior leaders in the public sector. For youths, he equips them with the knowledge and skills to map their career pathways through a structured course. Ken is appointed to speak at the ASEAN Career Development Conference in 2026. Practitioners and HR Managers have consulted him on frameworks and intervention methods in vocational interests and career development.
