The Work Personality Leadership Assessment is a questionnaire that identifies personality traits that directly relate to work performance. The report identifies a person's critical skills, competencies, and areas for growth in a leadership capacity. This will assist in focusing development plans on areas that will yield the highest returns. 


The Work Personality Index describes key features of the individual's personal style to help understand their role as a leader and maximise their impact.


The report  examines results on 21 personality scales that influence leadership style; these fall under 6 key areas:

  1. Energy & Drive

  2. Working with Others

  3. Work Style

  4. Problem Solving Style

  5. Dealing with Pressure and Stress

  6. Managing Change

In each of the above areas, the report describes the leadership style, strengths and challenges, and outlines strategies to help develop leadership capabilities.

Note: This cost is for the assessment and 19 page detailed report. If coaching is required to support the assessment, additional fees are incurred.

  5. Get The Results  - Upon receipt of the completed test, we'll send you the results with a clear interpretation enabling you to make your best recruitment decision.


What are Psychometric Tests?

Psychometric testing  is used in the preliminary stages of any interview process to ensure that only qualified candidates advance to the next stage. It is an online test, often multiple-choice-based, that assesses a candidate’s personality, skills, qualifications and / or cognitive abilities.

Why are they useful for recruitment and at what stage are they used?

A psychometric test can provide a range of information that may be useful for hiring. Information obtained from the testing can identify mental aptitude, motivation, interests, work styles and cognitive abilities. This can help ensure that only the right candidates join your organisation.


How are the tests administered?

Our psychometric tests are performed online and usually take between 15 - 30 minutes for the candidate to complete. Our team will administer and manage the testing process with the candidate then send you the reports. 

When will I get the results?

Once the candidate has completed their psychometric tests, the reports will be emailed to you within 1-2 working days excluding public holidays and weekends.
